I had a fairly serious accident whereby the driver of a parked car opened his door as I rode by, which forced me to c...rash and seriously injure my knee. It was my first time dealing with a lawyer in this way and I confess to having some trepidation based upon all of the stories and stereotypes one hears about personal injury lawyers.
