The Best Lawyer In Town: I must say that I am a current client, and I am pleased with the way Mr. Davis is handling my legal matter. I had never been arrested before, so I was very scared. I do admit, I did my crime, but was on drugs at the time. Brilliant is the first word that comes to mind to describe the lawyers at Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates. I came in to the office because I desperately needed help. My ex was making fun of me because he had an attorney and I did not. I did not know what I was doing and I felt intimid...ated by having to face my ex’ lawyer so I signed a stipulation that was very unfair to me. On top of it, my ex immediately started to violate the orders that he just had me sign. He would not return my child to me on time. It looked like I gave away the farm and there was nothing I could do to change my difficult situation. I felt powerless to stop my ex until I hired Vincent Davis. The same night that I hired Vincent he had developed a strategy for getting me back on track. Mark Tseselsky, an associate attorney, in his office met with me and stayed late into the night drafting every possible kind of paper to get me out of my mess. Elizabeth Briceno-Velasco, another attorney in Mr. Davis’ office, went to court for me on an emergency basis and got the judge to order my ex to turn over my daughter to me. Mark Tseselsky then went to several hearings for me until he got me everything I wanted and more in a very fast amount of time. I went from very unfair orders to having proper custody, visitation and child support orders. My ex was also ordered to pay part of my attorneys’ fees. Vincent Davis was very patient, understanding and flexible with me about my difficult financial situation. The people at the office were very helpful and professional. The attorneys were on time to the hearings. All of the attorneys and paralegal that helped me, responded to my questions and concerns right away. They constantly kept me informed of all of the developments on my case via email and answered my phone calls if I did not understand something. I am very grateful that I hired this law firm. You get what you pay for and more. I felt very important as a client.
