I hired Mr. Davis over a situation with CPS where it seemed they were trying to create a situation that would allow them to take my child. Reading and doing my research on CPS and their corruption i knew i had to get a lawyer in case they did try something. I was looking for attorneys specific to CPS... cases and came across him. Mr.Davis got back to me on a Sunday, a day I know he doesn’t work, and took on my case and started looking into it before he was even paid which really gave me peace of mind being that i was so stressed out over this. I came to his office , with my 8 month old and that wasn’t a problem to him, we discussed my situation further. We ended up having a meeting with CPS, he already knew the attorney, he was very knowledgeable in everything that was discussed and i left there feeling so much more peaceful about my situation. He assured me i had nothing to worry about. I ended up also hiring Mr. Davis as my family law attorney as well in order to handle my family matters. As of now, we’re still waiting for CPS to close my case this week so i can move on with my life, but i trust it’s being taken care of by him and his staff as they are making sure they prioritize my case.
