Being a victim of a very unusual case and lack of resources I reached out to Mr. Vincent Davis. I explained my story of how I had been a victim of a someone impersonating a social worker and how I had been devastated about the situation for 6 months he quickly made time for me on a Sunday. He w...as thorough and precise and explained the process to me so that I could understand what would happen next. I left the office feeling confident and at ease that I was in very capable hands. All of my communications with Mr. Davis and his staff have been professional and attentive. Mr. Vincent was warm, empathetic and understanding. Mr. Vincent Davis and his firm is one that I would choose and refer for all important legal issues pertaining family law, because to something so very important you have to have representation that you know will do a stellar job. I have to add that Mr. Davis also has been very generous and kind in working within my financial limits. I cannot thank Mr. Davis and his firm for all he has done for me.

I recommend Vince .I hired him 2 years ago. He handled my DUI / DWI matter.I had previously worked with 3 lawyers.I haven't written any reviews before, this will be my first, Mr. Davis definitely earned one.He was instrumental in rescuing me from dire consequences. I was looking at a substantial jail... sentence after my third DUI arrest. My last third offense yielded me a 9 month jail sentence in the same court system. This one was technically another third because of the ten year window. In the end I received a 5 month term of home detention with electronic monitoring. I wias allowed to go to work and not miss important appointments. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. Mr. Davis posseses both compassion and humility, qualities uncommon in his profession. He is also masterfully persuasive. I live nearly three hours from Mr. Davis' law office in Arcadia, however, he was prepared to make as many trips as necessary to provide me with the best defense. I had never been arrested before, so I was very scared. I do admit, I did my crime, but was on drugs at the time. I have cleaned myself up, and was just looking for a better deal than what would be offered to me. I called Mr. Davis' Law Firm, and spoke to a John there. He immediately sent someone o...ut to talk to me. I felt so much more comfortable after he left, and I had made the decision to hire them. After that point, they kept me informed of everything going on with my case. I did not have to go to court, since it was only a misdemeanor. They took care of everything, and worked me a great deal that I can live with, and I feel is fair. I think they're awful. They gave me the runaround and did not fight for me and for the truth. I would not plead guilty to a crime I did not commit. They finally revealed that they didn't have the time to fight for. me I fired them and found a great lawyer who got my case dismissed without a trial... and less than 1/4 the cost. I would stay far, far, far away. Additionally, they were handling a PI case. They told me to settle for a low amount. When I refused they dropped me. THANK GOD! After that, I found out they did NO DISCOVERY AT ALL. How hard is it to send form interrogatories??? All you have to do is check boxes, fill in a few things and send it in the mail. Like I said, stay far, far, far away!

Brilliant is the first word that comes to mind to describe the lawyers at Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates. I came in to the office because I desperately needed help. My ex was making fun of me because he had an attorney and I did not. I did not know what I was doing and I felt intimid...ated by having to face my ex’ lawyer so I signed a stipulation that was very unfair to me. On top of it, my ex immediately started to violate the orders that he just had me sign. He would not return my child to me on time. It looked like I gave away the farm and there was nothing I could do to change my difficult situation. I felt powerless to stop my ex until I hired Vincent Davis. The same night that I hired Vincent he had developed a strategy for getting me back on track. Mark Tseselsky, an associate attorney, in his office met with me and stayed late into the night drafting every possible kind of paper to get me out of my mess. Elizabeth Briceno-Velasco, another attorney in Mr. Davis’ office, went to court for me on an emergency basis and got the judge to order my ex to turn over my daughter to me. Mark Tseselsky then went to several hearings for me until he got me everything I wanted and more in a very fast amount of time. I went from very unfair orders to having proper custody, visitation and child support orders. My ex was also ordered to pay part of my attorneys’ fees. Vincent Davis was very patient, understanding and flexible with me about my difficult financial situation. The people at the office were very helpful and professional. The attorneys were on time to the hearings. All of the attorneys and paralegal that helped me, responded to my questions and concerns right away. They constantly kept me informed of all of the developments on my case via email and answered my phone calls if I did not understand something. I am very grateful that I hired this law firm. You get what you pay for and more. I felt very important as a client. If I had not hired this office I would still be stuck with ridiculously unfair orders and my ex would be laughing at me because I did not have the money to hire an attorney.
