Biography
I help businesses and indviduals naviate a wide variety of stressful legal situations. We are a boutique client focused law firm that can handle and quarterback most legal problems. I specifically handle a wide variety of contract negotiations, threatened legal disputes and civil litigation. I also provide proactive legal work by forming coprorations, drafting estate plans and advising companies as their outside general counsel.
Clients include physicians, business executives, medical groups, small to medium size business owners, real estate investors, property managers, CPAs and other attorneys. I also represent individuals who are named in lawsuits and do not have insurance coverage and need to to understand and respond to a lawsuit.
We also help people who know they need some legal help but don't know where to start.
