About me

As both a doctor and a lawyer since 2001, Bradley I. Kramer, M.D., Esq. has strictly practiced litigation with a principal focus on (1) business fraud, (2) breach of contract, (3) entertainment, and (4) cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and catastrophic personal injury.

Dr. Kramer, a native of Chicago, attended the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor from 1993-1996 where he received his bachelor's degree in biology with high distinction. He was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society as well as the Golden Key National Honor Society. An avid athelete, Dr. Kramer participated on the men's varsity tennis team from 1993-1996 where he was named an Academic All-American. Dr. Kramer served as captain of the men's tennis team in 1996, during which time he led his team to a Big Ten Conference championship.

Dr. Kramer subsequently attended medical school at the University of Illinois and in 2000 received his medical degree with High Honors. After completing a medical internship program at UCLA, Dr. Kramer received his California Medical License as a physician and surgeon. Dr. Kramer received his law degree from Stanford University Law School in 2004, where he founded the Stanford Medical Ethics and Law Society, the Stanford Animal Law Society, and the Student Chapter of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. As his senior thesis, Dr. Kramer dedicated months to investigating medical tort reform and the impact of large pharmaceutical class action lawsuits, such as Phen-Fen.

Dr. Kramer prides himself on being a ferocious and unwavering litigator, having directly recovered, or assisted in the recovery of millions of dollars from, among other entities, Blue Cross/Anthem Health Care, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, major motion picture studios, and the California Department of Health Care Services.

Dr. Kramer is actively involved with the Guardians, a charitable organization dedicated to the preservation of the Jewish Home for the Aging. Dr. Kramer is also a member of the St. Jude's Medical Center Charity Foundation and an active member of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

I endorse this lawyer. Bradley was my opposing counsel in a medical malpractice matter. In addition to being an excellent and talented attorney, he is a Medical Doctor holding the dual M.D./J.D. degree. Early on in the case, Bradley impressed me with his thorough knowledge of medicine, which makes him a unique asset in any matter, and especially in medical malpractice cases. Any potential client would be lucky to be represented by Bradley!!!
