Alessa was super helpful in getting my engineering company off the ground. I was using rocket lawyer for basic forms and probably spending most my time trying to figure out how to fill out and file everything. Alessa cleaned up my mess, was able to back file my missing documents, and I was freed up... to procrastinate on other things. I also ended up using her for a property deed transfer to fold into my LLC. I can't begin to explain what happened, PFM as far as I'm concerned, but her turn around time for what she described as an atypical service was about a week at a flat rate. I'm not saying you need to go with CH, but as an SBO, spend the few extra bucks to find someone who can take the load off your plate. Alessa and her team were at least in my price range, super nice, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, they were aggressive little bull dogs on knocking action items off their list.
