I am a small business owner who was referred by family members who previously consulted Mr. Cooper for some business related matters regarding their property. Mr. Cooper defended me in a medical malpractice case in which I should not have been named (but I was due to the intransigence of the plaintiff, and so still needed a strong defense). He expertly handled my case through motions, supportive expert witness affidavits, and guiding me through the deposi...tion. He kept me completely informed about the case at every step. In the end, he advocated for me behind the scenes with the plaintiff, and succeeded in having me dismissed from the lawsuit (which, my obvious bias aside, was appropriate, but which could not have happened without his careful efforts on my behalf).
