A truly outstanding lawyer

A truly outstanding lawyer who deserves more than all stars! I was just consulting, very frequently. Brian is the most knowledgeable lawyer I’ve ever seen. All information I received from him was so impressively clear, helpful, and most importantly accurate. His knowledge clearly span beyond immigrat...ion into civil rights. He also has a true passion for what he is doing.

Extremely ethical

I has the pleasure to hire Brian D. Lerner services back in 2019 when I received a deportation letter. I live in Texas but that didn’t deter the firm from offering me the best legal counsel I’ve had in a decade. From the first free consultation call I realize this firm not going only care about the m...oney but really care about the issues of their clients. I had a great outcome and I am in the process of been naturalized and I couldn’t have done this without the professionalism from all this legal team. You are not only hiring the best of the best you also getting high quality people invested in your success.

SCAM

Paid them over $6,000 and did nothing for us. Even if we lost the case in court, They didn’t even have the courtesy to call us in person to tell us we lost I had to find out through an email and even then it was a year later very unhappy. They only care about taking your money

Thank you for your wonderful services

Brian Lerner’s law firm was of great support to My spouse and I. We had lots of immigration legal uphills that this wonderful firm helped us overcome and finally got my green card. We had to defend our marriage after a US consular in Ghana refused to recognize our marriage and recommended to the ...USCIS that our approved I-130 be canceled. Lerner’s law firm through Lawyer Christopher Reed who was our assigned lawyer helped us get re-approval for our i-130 case. They also help me attain a waiver for I-601 which was due to some misrepresentation of some material facts I did in a visitors visa I had previously applied for before meeting my spouse. They really did a good job which we really do appreciate. Though it has been a long journey but it was all worthwhile and I sincerely recommend Lerner’s Immigration law firm to anyone facing any immigration legal challenges for the best of services.

AMAZING

I still remember the day I had my consultation with Brian Lerner. He told me my case was possible without me having to go back home and he was right, no other lawyer had told me it was possible. Christopher Reed was on my case and this law firm gave me a big win for a very difficult case. Can't thank... them enough. Forever grateful. I won't mention money because my freedom is priceless.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
