Excellent Counsel

Ali quickly reviewed a major business contract a customer wanted us to sign and provided clear advice on how I could proceed. His response rate was impressive. I would highly recommend consulting with Ali on business contracts and related matters.

Great to work with

I initially contacted Ali to consult with him regarding my company template contracts. He asked me to send them over and he would review them at no charge. Within a week I received all the templates from him with revisions and comments. He then set up a call with me to go over the changes and I reall...y learned all the provisions he had marked up and why those changes were recommended. We worked on revising all of my company templates and I was very happy with the timely response, professionalism, and the feedback I received. Since my business does not have an in-house attorney, I am much better prepared at negotiating the provisions within these contracts. Thank you again!

Reliable attorney

In seeking a consultation for a stressful and time-sensitive situation involving a contract/agreement dispute I contacted a number of lawyers and found that Mr. Heidari was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. In meeting with Mr. Heidari, I was extremely relieved and grateful... to find that he was not only very approachable and easy to talk to, but also very professional and knowledgeable about contract law. Mr. Heidari was able to review and assess my situation quickly and effectively, while also taking the time to fully understand the nuances of my particular case. Lastly, Mr. Heidari was able to make a number of very specific and practical suggestions that ultimately proved to be very helpful, and willingly offered to adjust his services to accommodate my specific situation. I will most certainly seek out his services again should the need arise.

Amazing young lawyer!

I engaged Mr. Heidari in a matter relating to my company and he was able to explain to me in detail the step-by-step approach to resolving the matter. I appreciate his no nonsense approach to the law and respect the guidance he has given me What I greatly respect is that if he doesn't know the ans...wer to a particular question, he goes the extra mile to find the answer so I can approach my situation with prudence. Very happy with his service.
