Del Madani

Del Madani recently closed two unrelated sales for me in Chicago. I would call him a “full service” seller’s attorney. He handled matters far beyond the scope that typical sales attorneys would provide. These were fairly complicated transactions with HOAs, mortgages, and associated third-party fees. ...Without any prompting or hand-holding, Del set out to handle all of these matters directly with the HOA, lender, etc., and even got these third parties to waive fees that they would typically charge. All I did was sign papers and say “thank you.” Del is my top pick for future transactions.

I wanted to buy a home for a while but I was very intimidated by the whole process and the legalities of it. I was fortunate to have found Mr. Madani; he made the whole process seem so easy.
