Great Council

We have worked with Preston on several projects over the last few years. He has worked with us to create new contracts and agreements to launch two new services. Caring and expert legal help

We needed some contracts created for our new business. Because we're new business owners we greatly appreciated Preston's expertise as he consulted with us. Preston spent as much time as we needed communicating with us and helping us form the legal plan we needed. Preston quickly responded to our questions and requests for revisions to the contract drafts he was writing for us. After the final products were ready, Preston gave us follow-up consulting and made sure we had everything we needed. Preston was very reasonably priced and gave us far greater value for our money than other attorneys we've worked with in the past. Co-Worker and Business Associate

I have worked with Preston as a co-worker as well as retaining him as outside legal counsel. He is a consummate professional in his personal conduct and in the quality of his work. He is very skilled at contract development and negotiation and has great breadth of thinking while working through agreements. Preston is a tough negotiator, but I have seen his positions are reasonable, and his counterparts like working with him. He delivers work when he says he will. He has a strong knowledge of general commercial and consumer lending, with niche expertise in areas such as leasing, factoring and structured asset-based lending. His bank regulatory knowledge is also strong. He is a go to attorney for me when legal help is needed.
