After almost 3 years and two lawyers in mitigation on my case. We finally settled. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I was doubtful for most of the 3 years until Alexander took control of the case! I personally liked the other lawyer but did not feel he was into the case, he also was not in tou...ch much with me and showed sign of hopelessness ( maybe strong wordage but that’s how I felt) I even filled out a questionnaire that Shawn Steel initiated and said the same. As soon as Alexander came on board and started contacting me the “ball” started to roll! He made me feel secure that a settlement was on its way. Even though it seemed that the settlement was low( meaning there was no profit in it for me, which was not my primary goal to initiate a lawsuit, it was to send a message to HM hamburger Mary’s establishment that they were/are neglectfull in the safety of their patrons) But upon settlement I was gratefully assured by Alexander that a negotiation can be made with the medical insurance companies. I never ( but hoped for close to ,50 on the dollar reduction! Which became my portion of reward for pain and suffering.) expected this amount and was very surprised and excited. I really felt vindicated at this point. ( it wasn’t an outrageous amount in the least ! But was far more than I expected. And once initiated it took a very short time to recover the reward.
