I was fortunate to know Jaraal from the San Diego Public Defenders Office when he was assigned to me twice. On both occasions jaraal managed to get the charges dropped. One of the charges was for brandishing a weapon and because I have never had any violence on my record this was a big deal to me. ... So thank you again counselor, I think Johnnie Cochran would have been impressed hearing the details of my story. San Diego's the poorer and Bellflower the richer for this attorney's legal skill set.
