Luis Santiago Valencia

I was referred to Luis by a friend who spoke very highly of his skills. My work did not want to compensate me after I cut my hand on one of their fryer wire baskets so I hired Luis to help me with my case. I contacted Mr Valencia when I was involved in a traffic accident and the clients insurance adjuster began harassing me saying that his client wasn't at fault. Mr. Valencia is a well educated, well spoken attorney who understood the fact of my case right away. The next day he called up the insurance ...adjuster who reversed his decision and got the case resolved in two weeks.

My husband was charged with Fraud. We hired another attorney and all he did was steal our money. He insisted that my father take an offer of one year in county jail, 400 hours of community service and $160,000.00 in restitution. We thought we were going to lose our home. Luis told us to file a complaint with the California State Bar against one of the attorneys involved in the case, as he believed that they were withholding evidence. "boom" he was right. The D.A then offered no jail time, 400 hours and $60,000 in restitution, but Luis told us not to take it. I have to say that at trial Luis proved that he was a UCLA grad, a Marine and just a darn good attorney. The Jury found in favor of my family and the nightmare was over... huff. Why am I writing this review? Out of shear thanks! He never lied to us, always answered the phone and was just a stellar attorney.
