As you can imagine, when learning that my moral application was submitted for additional review and investigation, I was deeply concerned because my law license is my family's livelihood. To say I lost several nights of sleep is an underestimated. I tried unsuccessfully to resolve the issue directly ...with the investigator. This was a mistake. Just because you are an existing or aspiring attorney does not mean that you have ability to effectively resolve moral investigations with the California Bar.
