Now I had a Living Trust that was completely customized to my specific needs, and very capable of insulating me and my kids from any potential threat. A week I came back to the office to thoroughly review my trust document with Mark. Everything was completed as we had discussed. I even had a little bit of a change of heart on one item and Mark said “we can change that, no problem”. On the spot, he drafted the specific language customized to exactly what I wanted, but couldn’t articulate myself. Moments later I had the final document, signed and notarized - and I now had that very important task completed. Mark was very knowledgeable, polished, and meticulous with details so for something as important as appointing a guardian to my daughter and seeing to it that I was protected, I decided he was the best fit. I highly recommend that peopl...e try to avoid probate whenever possible by getting their affairs in order before something happens (as it will happen to all of us), but if probate is going to be required, Mark is definitely the best attorney to help you.
