In 1991, Nicholas Montalto graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Accounting and Taxation. He went on to serve as auditor and tax practitioner with the Certified Public Accounting firm of Mazars & Co., in New York City.

Inspired by his grandfather, a New York City Judge and Magistrate, and father, an Estate Planning attorney and CPA, Mr. Montalto later received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, where he was a scholarship recipient.

Mr. Montalto's emphasis and expertise is in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, and Civil Litigation, including Trust Litigation, Personal Injury & Wrongful Death. Mr. Montalto has successfully applied his litigation and negotiation skills in obtaining millions of dollars in settlements, judgments, and verdicts on behalf of his litigation clients.

Best Estate Planning Lawyer ( Torrance )

Nick knows what he is doing. Not only is he highly knowledgeable and very helpful but you can tell this guy knows his stuff. He makes the whole Trust process I was dreading smooth & easy. Any questions I had he answered and his assistant is very sweet and helpful. Thanks Nick! definitely check him out if you are in the South Bay Area.

Professional and knowledgeable and reassuring

Very helpful in answering all of our estate planning questions, and they reviewed all of our documents which were prepared by another law firm to ensure our bases were covered. Best of all, Nick and his team did something the other law firm did not do, which was explain everything we had signed in a clear and easy way to understand. Also, they were able to explain exactly what steps would take place later if we became incapacitated or deceased. If you're looking for a reassuring, calm and compassionate attorney who knows his stuff, Nick is your guy. His staff is also incredibly helpful and patient.

Great Experience and goes the extra mile

Great estate planning attorneys and great experience. Mr Montalto is very friendly and professional. It's obvious he loves what he does and loves helping others. The rates and costs were reasonable, and Nick really goes the extra mile without asking or charging more money. Everything was a low flat fee, nothing rushed, and they never changed the costs even though the complexity of my situation evolved since the initial consultation which was a relief. The staff is also very helpful and caring, and not in that forced sort of way. You can tell these are good people who are highly experienced and skilled.
