You won't even ask him, he'll do it on his own because he's a good person and loves his job. I had a battery case that was on my record and wasn't supposed to go away... until mid-next year. It was hurting my chances with jobs. Soheil went completely out of his way to have the judge dismiss the case. I'm not saying that can happen with anyone's case because it's very rare.
