Mr. Soheil Levy is the reason why today’s DVRO hearing went in my mom’s favor today. Throughout the process leading up to the hearing, Mr. Soheil Levy was dependable, empathetic, and attentive. Before dismissing the case in our favor, the judge made sure to highlight the points made by the defense to show why it was compelling, acknowledged the overwhelming amount of evidence and context it provided, and appreciated that the defense was truthful. Mr. Soheil Levy’s enthusiasm for our case, and his articulate and logical presentation of our strong defense, made clear to the judge that my mom was credible. He was always present with my mom, kind to me and my uncle (both of us were in attendance at the hearing), confident in court, clever as an attorney, and reassuring all throughout.
