Biography
I am an experienced trial lawyer (both bench and jury trials,) and received the AM JUR AWARD in TORTS as well as the CORPUS JURIS SECONDUM AWARD in TORTS as a firstyear in lawschool. I was also awarded TOP WOMEN ATTORNEYS BY LOS ANGELES MAGAZINE in 2013. As an aggressive lawyer I have earned other awards such as SUPER LAWYERS RISING STARS after prevailing in 11 jury trials in just two years practicing criminal defense in Los Angeles between 2009-2011. I went on to practice criminal defense in Torrance, Van Nuys and the Criminal Courts Building where i also had presitigous results. I also have a background in Personal Injury and have quite a bit of a track record with the three firms I worked with during Covid. I investigate every single case that I am retained on and am mindful of the costs of hiring a lawyer and do my best to be reasonable while being ambitious. Born the daughter of two Stanford graduates, I bring with me book smarts and street smarts and find joy in the small victories as well as the big. One of my favorite quotes is:' A good lawyer knows the law, A great lawyer knows the judge." My father was a competative swimmer as well as a DJ and I have definitely inherited those characteristics which I bring with me into the courtroom. I worked as an intern as a law clerk to Anthony J. Mohr during my last year of law school and I volunteer as a judge every year for The American Mock Trial Association.
