The first time I worked with Ethan Kirschner was when I had to send a cease and desist order and was on a time crunch. Ethan is very rude, he is responsive, yet he did not take the time to answer my questions and inform what is best to do legally in my case. He is very unprofessional and poor mannered, seems like he is more interested in the attorney dues instead of the clients case and interest. If I were you I would find another attorney.
