Demand letter

Ethan D Kirschner was very prompt in writing a demand letter, as well as being very responsive to my emails and telephone calls. Pin pointed every aspect that needed to be emphasized in detail. Definitely referable.

Where do I even begin. It was a pleasure to work with you. Nicest, most honest, and hardest working lawyer I've ever worked with. He had great open communication along with an easy going attitude with great extra recommendations. I was able to speak to him and explain what I needed to incorporate ...into my contract. Then I made some quick additions and adjustments . He was so quick to get it to me and the time table he gave me for completion was on que. Definitely will work with him again in the future. Great Attorney for Your Various Business Needs

Ethan has done a wide variety of work for me over the past 3 years, and all of it has been excellent. I run a small business, and Ethan has done all of our contract-creating. He has written service contracts for us to use with clients, and contracts for the independent contractors we utilize. Ethan's... work in this arena has been stellar, and we've never had any issues resulting from these agreements. Ethan has also provided me with important legal advice on a number of issues. He's reviewed contracts before I've signed them, and he has represented my interests in dealings with outside parties. I recommended him to a friend for a copyright infringement case, and Ethan was able to secure a settlement on his behalf. Ethan is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive, friendly, and answers any question you have about the process. I highly recommend him if you need any work done in the realm of contracts, employment, copyright/intellectual property, or general entertainment-related law.
