Demand letter

Ethan D Kirschner was very prompt in writing a demand letter, as well as being very responsive to my emails and telephone calls. Pin pointed every aspect that needed to be emphasized in detail. Definitely referable.

Extremely knowledgable, prompt and personable lawyer who helped me with Entertainment legal issues

The first time I worked with Ethan Kirschner was when I had to send a cease and desist order and was on a time crunch. I chose to work with him after speaking with several other lawyers for multiple reasons. 1. He was the ONLY lawyer to find more than one reason to issue the cease and desist and t...his reason ended up being the winning argument. 2. He was quick to respond to everything. 3. He was very reasonable with costs. 4. He did not waste time talking about the ins and outs of laws that I was already aware of and was quick to understand the problem and find a solution. 5. I liked him. He was easy to talk to and had a sense of humor!
