Excellent, honest attorney

Ethan has been the primary attorney for my business for a couple of years now. Any legal issue my business has been confronted with, Ethan has handled in the most effective, efficient, and beneficial manner for my business. Owning and operating a business can put someone in a vulnerable position. How...ever, having an attorney like Ethan provides me with a feeling of security that is invaluable.

Ethan is TOP-KNOTCH!

Recently hired Mr. Kirschner to draft a much needed contract for my business. The first few minutes I've spoken with him to inquire about what I wanted, I immediately got a good vibe and assuring feeling that this was going to be done just the way I wanted. His professionalism sticks out like a sore ...thumb! He stuck with the ETA he gave me and communicated with me daily from start to finish. You can't ask for anything better than that..... I'd highly recommend Ethan for any legal matters pertaining to your business. Thanks again! And I'll be hiring you in the near future for LLC filing, don't forget me lol.

Aggressive, knowledge, and easy to work with!

Where do I even begin. It was a pleasure to work with you. Nicest, most honest, and hardest working lawyer I've ever worked with. He had great open communication along with an easy going attitude with great extra recommendations. I was able to speak to him and explain what I needed to incorporate ...into my contract. Then I made some quick additions and adjustments . He was so quick to get it to me and the time table he gave me for completion was on que. Definitely will work with him again in the future.
