Jeremy L. Tissot is the founding partner of the THE TISSOT LAW FIRM, P.C., a firm whose partners are highly experienced litigators, with a winning track record in the courtroom. We serve ALL of California, with offices throughout the state; we have litigated cases in every county in California. Mr. Tissot has handled litigation matters, including representing both individuals and entities, for more than twenty (20) years, in both federal and state trial court.
Mr. Tissot has special expertise in complex matters where the cases at issue demand the knowledge of an experienced trial lawyer. He has spoken to groups and associations on many topics, including defamation, employment law, and insurance/risk . Tissot was formerly a partner in the LA office of the prominent large litigation firm, Callahan, McCune &; Willis, where he was elevated to the position of partner after only six years of practice and became the youngest partner in the firm.
Mr. Tissot is also a legal commentator for Fox Business where he and his firm have been featured and Mr. Tissot has been quoted on multiple occasions involving high profile cases - most recently the Erin Andrews case.
