I would like to clarify that I was a legitimate client of Ms.Farnoush Hamidi. Although I was not physically present in the United States,she was officially hired for my immigration case.and the legal fees were paid on my behalf.The contract was signed by another person representing me , but I was the... beneficiary and primary client. Unfortunately,my experience was very disappointing, there were serious delays,poor communication and a lack of responsiveness throughout the process. I did not feel that my case was handled with proper responsibility and ultimately my case was denied. Based on my experience, would not recommend her services to others who need timely and reliable legal representation.

I cannot recommend Ms. Hamidi enough. I contacted Ms. Hamidi in despair, I had filed an EB1 case with another attorney with 20 years of experience but ad received an RFE that pretty much indicated the case was going to be denied. A friend of mine who is a famous international singer was Ms. Hamidi’s ...client and referred me to her to get a second opinion. In my consultation session with Ms. Hamidi I learned that my attorney had made major mistakes with respect to my case. With her help, I was able to get an approval notice for an otherwise denied application. My family and I owe her a great deal and again I cannot recommend her enough.
