My counsel for all legal needs

Ms. Leon has been my attorney for the past 7 years. I am a small business owner and use her for all of my legal needs. She reviews contracts, leases, and has handled a dispute with my lender. She is knowledgabel and assertive. A good person to have on your team!

Best atorney to go against a lender/servicer for fraud

I started with Ms. Leon in May of 2009. I went from being in a loan modification to getting wrongfully foreclosed, adn then filing a lawsuit against our lender and finally winning/settling in Dec. of 2011. Angelica is very professional adn good at what she does. What impressed me the most was as prof...essional as she is, she always treated myself and my family as if we were part of hers. The judge in our case personally pulled me aside after we settled the case and told me what I already knew, " you had great legal representation". Thank you Angelica and Beverly Hills Law Associates!

A professional and considerate lawyer

Thanks to Angelica Leon and her team at Beverly Hills Law Associates we were able to obtain a permanent loan modification on our home with Bank of America and I'm confident we could not have done this without them. We also had asked that they accomplish this with the least amount of damage to our cre...dit as possible. The loan has been modified and so far we have not experienced any of the horror stories that we heard might happen. My wife and I would say that they exceeded our expectations.
