Excellent Attorney For Real Estate Law and Easements For Landlocked Properties
Jon is an excellent knowledgeable attorney, I am using him for an easement due to a landlocked property, and he is swift and honest in letting me know the best route to take with the adjoining properties including the specifics of how the history of ownership of the lot dictates the pursuit of easement which saved me thousands of dollars. Furthermore other attorney's that I consulted were more expensive and less knowledgeable then he was. If you need a real estate attorney for any needs especially a lion to fight for an easement John Freis is your guy.
