I called Mr. Losh regarding an issue I was fearful would quickly get out-of-hand.
Mr. Losh asked questions other attorneys didn't, then requested a little time to think about the issue. I was a little fearful, but Mr. Losh promised to get back to me with a possible solution, quickly. Which is exactly what he did.
Mr. Losh's solution was both practical and didn't require a huge amount of spiraling legal fees. I was shocked. Then thankful. I appreciated Mr. Losh's skill, quick response, cost-effective solution, and old school manners. In that order.
I would recommend Mr. Losh's services, especially regarding mortgage issues.
Angelica Leon, Real estate Attorney
I endorse this lawyer. He has over 45 years of legal experience and is an amazing litigator. His old school methods still prevail and one does not have to waste needless time arguing with opposing counsel to get successful and plentiful settlements.
