I was fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Davidson regarding my case. Prior to that I had spoke to at least 4 other lawyers about my case & each had different answers that were not entirely correct. When I got to talk to Mr. Davidson I immediately noticed that he is different from other lawyers that I had talked to. He graciously spent a lot time answering all my questions in details with giving examples, as well asking the right question that none of the other lawyer asked me prior to that. He was the biggest help to me. If my situation had not resolved on its own, I would have ONLY work with him. His professionalism, kindness, expertise made me feel so confident that if I go with him my case wins. I highly recommend Mr. Davidson. I suggest you go through a Consultation & you could see for yourself that he is one of the BEST.
I reached out to Ben on a Friday afternoon, and he got right back to me within the hour. After quickly reviewing my situation and the documents I forwarded him, he gave me great advice the very next day. He's smart, professional, thorough and very prompt. I highly recommend him.

Good
He is a very good lawyer. I had the privilege of working with Mr. Benjamin Davidson on a traffic court incident which he handled in an efficient and professional manner. He allowed me to explain my side of events, listened carefully to my concerns and took action accordingly. In the end, he was able to get me the result I wanted which was no points on my license. Mr Benjamin Davidson and his partner handle a variety of cases and personally I plan on using Mr. Benjamin Davidson on any future legal matters.

Great Attorney for a Difficult Case
Ben represented me after I was let go from my job with minimal severance. He gave me many options in our negotiation approach and ultimately went with my wishes for the softer approach yet still achieved what I needed from a difficult company. He got me three times what the company had originally proposed within a short period of negotiation. He is very good at what he does. I’d hire him again and highly recommend him for any issue involving negotiation.

Fantastic Professional Attorney
Benjamin Davidson represented me after I was terminated in retaliation for complaining about racial discrimination. From the beginning, Benjamin was compassionate, attentive, and responsive-answering any questions I had patiently and thoroughly. Benjamin was willing to spend the time to learn the particular nuances of my case and was very thoughtful in preparing a response on my behalf. In the end, Benjamin successfully settled the case and I was very happy with the outcome. What impressed me most about Benjamin above all else, was how he represented me with class and with dignity. I highly recommend Benjamin and his staff without reservation.

All attorneys should learn from Mr. Davidson
I cannot explain how amazing Mr. Davidson and his staff are. They are fast and to the point. They do not waste any time and get right down to business.
Mr. Davidson and I have been working on a few cases together and any request I need his answer is "give me one minute and I will have it done for you."
It is so hard to find very friendly attorneys, especially ones that care. Mr. Davidson does care and it shows in the way he practices law.
I have referred a few patients of mine to Mr. Davidson and all my patients are happy they were sent to him.
Mr. Davidson thank you for all your help.

I highly recommend Benjamin Davidson.
Benjamin Davidson represented me after I got fired in retaliation for complaining about sexual harassment. He was by my side from day one and was always there to keep me informed about everything that was going on in my case. We finally settled the case and I was very happy with the result. He even worked with my former employer so I didn't have to worry about a negative reference. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is going through what I went through.
