Mr. Jalaie took my case after two previous attorneys could not do anything for my deportation case, which costed me 9 months on a detention facility, and a large sum of money. Mr. Jalaie’s experience and dedication opened way for me to adjust my status and remain in this country with my family. E...very time I had doubts he was there, answered all my questions and gave me the security I needed to keep fighting. In Two occasions I wanted to sign my deportation I was tired of been detained. Mr. Jalaie talked to me until I had a changed my mind gave me hope when we really thought I would be deported. At the court hearings he defended me very well making the judge see I needed to be here with my family. He also worked with us on the financial aspect which he didn’t have to do. I believe my case was complex, I would highly recommend Mr. Jalaie if you want to win your case, because under the circumstances I would of been removed.

Do NOT recommend. He was hired almost 4 years ago to represent and assist my mother with her U-Visa. He did NOTHING. He just sat in my mother's file for almost 4 yrs. He NEVER filed my mom's petition for a U-Visa. He always gave b.s excuses. He only "worried" about her case after I threatened to repo...rt him to the State Bar. I'm so upset for not dismissing him before! If you really care about yourself and your loved ones, find yourselves a more experienced and competent attorney.
