2-12-2025 Today is a great day for me as deportation proceedings were terminated; this started 3 years ago as I was coming back from my hometown and was detained for some run ins with the law I have had many years ago and that showed up on their end at the airport; I was detained and then put on ISA...P supervision; this whole time Mr Jalaie was steady on all my court appearances and went the extra mile to vacate my old cases; the way he went about handling my case showed his judicial skills and knowledge in immigration and criminal law. In 2002, I was convicted of attempted murder and gang allegations and I was sent to prison. After serving 20 years I was released from prison but I was picked up by ICE and placed in immigration custody detention center awaiting deportation to a country that I really didn’t know.
