Judgmental Tone & Misleading Legal Advice — Beware

I’m genuinely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism in this attorney’s response. My question was specific, detailed, and related to a highly technical area of law. Her reply was dismissive, oversimplified, and delivered with a tone that made it clear she hadn’t actually read or understood the iss...ue. After seeing multiple reviews citing the same judgmental and rude tone, it’s clearly not an isolated incident. Legal advice should be grounded in accuracy and respect. Unfortunately, neither was present here. If you value professionalism, empathy, or even basic courtesy, consider choosing a different attorney.

I’m sorry that you didn’t consider my comments worthy of consideration but it was obvious that you weren’t accepting the reality of your situation. We are here completely voluntarily to provide legal options or suggestions - not to empathize or to tell you what you want to hear.

Shout out to this attorney.

She called me back after I leave her a message. Answering my question, guiding me, through my mom’s divorce case. I wish I can afford to hire her as my attorney in any cases. But I definitely will RECOMMEND her as your attorney. She has a broad knowledge and also super super helpful.

Congrats, you've just found exactly who you need.

Judith has answered many of my questions on Avvo. I Must say that Judith is by far one of my favorite attorneys on here. Her input and advise is HIGHLY sought after, and proved to be correct time after time compared to others. Judith takes the time to help others without expectation on Avvo. She... always offers advice without judgement, remains very professional, gets to the point and my favorite part, she never candy-coats her responses. Something that I Needed to get used to at first, but after some time, I became greatly appreciative for it, because the Courtroom is one of the Harshest rooms Ive ever been in. Hire this Woman if your searching for an experienced attorney. I have walked out of my Divorce with a smile, feeling smarter and confident because after looking like an idiot in the courtroom, after countless rejected filings, I finally was able to do some things right after confiding and trusting Mrs. Routledges Answers. I was at the point of no return. I had pretty much decided to stop going to Court & quit. I About lost it all. Judith, out of the Billions of questions on this site, I thank you for seeing mine and giving your advice. I can only assume it was one of those miracles that so many speak of. For I had reached a point where I was mentally shot. Completely unable to tell up from down! I thank you for your time, your Un denying commitment to assisting others on Avvo and for helping this stranger out of the dark without even knowing it.. God Bless you and yours. To those of you who Plan on representing yourself in the courtroom, you are playing the game of a fool. Dont do it. Get yourself an attorney like Judith Routledge. You are surely to get a fair judgment with this attorney by your side.

Do i have right to receive some assets from my husband when we only married three years and a half?

i was searching for my right for my divorce filing and i am so glad that i found this website and once i posted my question, and did not think i will have any response back, but i was wrong!!! Atty Judy response back in a short time and provided me with good advice for my divorce case. I hope i wil...l be able to have her as my retainer. I highly recommended her, we need atty that show their concern and able to response to our questions..
