Simply the BEST!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Mr. Hart and his team. In February, I was arrested on DUI charges. I'd never even had a ticket, so I was very stressed and lost about what to do. I called/met numerous lawyers, read reviews, contacted previous clients, but still I could not make a decision. It's'... very difficult since many attorneys say just what you want to hear. I listened to my gut and went ahead and hired Mr. Levin. I could not have made a better decision! He was honest from the beginning and speaking to him made me feel at ease. I was later connected to Mrs. Celia Cho, who works with Mr. Levin, and I must say that she is amazing! This amazing team was able to have the 2 DUI charges dropped! I couldn't not believe it! Truly they for their clients and it showed every step of the way.

DUI Reduced to Wet Reckless

BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT HART LEVIN! When the nightmare of my DUI happened last summer, I was in utter disbelief and shock and scared to death. After doing some research I found Hart and based off of his reviews decided to call him up. The minute I left my contact number, he responded with a cal...l back within 10 minutes. We spoke briefly and met the very next morning in his office. I told him the story of what happened. I was at a gathering and left to pick up a family member to then go straight home. I was less than a mile away when another car hit me with the result being only a minor fender bender. I pulled over and made contact with the other driver to exchange information. The other driver was a minor who became very erratic and uncooperative so I called the police for assistance. CHP arrived on scene and did not want to handle it because it was not their jurisdiction and no one was injured. So they made me wait for LAPD who never showed up. CHP began asking me for my account of what happened and then asked the other driver for her version of what happened. CHP came back to me and asked me what I wanted to do to which I replied that I wanted a report of the accident because the other driver would not provide any information. After an hour and a half on scene the CHP officer then decides to ask me if I had been drinking that evening and the rest turned into a nightmare. At the station i blew a .09. Hart listened very intently and at the end of my story he put me at ease and said not to worry and that he could help me. I heard and felt the honesty in his voice and I felt that he really was going to do his best to help. I told him that I was putting my life in his hands and he said I know and understand and that it would be alright. Hart was very honest and direct with me. He did not make any promises. Hart was very professional and sincere and said that he would work hard for the best outcome for my case. He then started to explain to me in detail what would happen from this point on with regards to the court and DMV hearings. I explained to Hart that I have a job that requires LiveScan. Hart said for me to report it right away and go to my employer first. This was one of the hardest things I every had to do in my life but I followed his advice. My employer said thank you for reporting it to us first before we would of found out through LiveScan. Very thankful that my job is fine. Hart went to work right away on my case and throughout the legal process Hart and his awesome assistant Jill were so very responsive and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. When I called him or emailed him with concerns he and or Jill would respond right away or within the same day. After the last court hearing, Hart called me and informed me that my DUI was reduced to a wet reckless and that I would only have to pay the minimum fines and also that I would not have to install a vehicle interlock system. I was overcome with appreciation and so thankful that I had hired him. Hart helped me get through this horrible experience and truly saved me from this nightmare so again believe all the great reviews about how he has helped all of us on here. Thank you for all your hard work to help me Hart!

AMAZING ATTORNEY, YOU NEED HIM!!!

I have so much gratitude for Hart Levin and his team. Getting arrested was terrifying and I thought my life was over. I literally had a panic attack. They arrested me for DUI and possession of narcotics, because a friend had left a small baggie of drugs in the back seat when the cops ordered us out o...f the car. I got horribly depressed after the arrest thinking that I ruined my career and this was going to haunt me for the rest of my adult life. So I started asking around about who should help me and Hart was recommended to me. But I wanted to do some independent looking so I went online…and Hart was clearly the top choice. At first I didn’t believe some of the reviews because they were so great. And I have to admit I was skeptical. So I met with a couple other attorneys in West LA and near downtown LA. Total waste of my time. The first guy told me to do a ton of AA meetings and admit I had an alcohol problem – so ridiculous. I hardly ever drink and I was shocked he was asking me to do say that I was an alcoholic. The second guy was crazy expensive and so I then met with Hart at his office. Hart immediately put me at ease. He explained the process but also explained that I was going to be okay and he could help. He is an ex-DA so he knows how it all works in court. He clearly had a TON of knowledge about fighting duis and criminal cases, but more important to me was that I felt like he cared about me and my situation and I wasn’t just a number to him. He sat with me for an hour and I felt a huge weight lifted off me by the time it was over. I hired him on the spot and he even gave me a payment plan. Hart put together a defense and on the 2nd court date had the drug charge thrown out through illegal search seizure. Now we just had the dui which was a relief. I wasn't drunk since I was the designated driver but the officer was really intimidating and demanding me to take a test and I asked him what my rights were but he got mad and said I refused. Hart did a dmv hearing for me and got the officer to admit that he didn’t properly give me my rights to take the breath tests and I wasn’t a refusal. He had the officers statements brought into court and got my dui thrown out too. I am sure not every case gets thrown out so I was shocked and super grateful. He was super responsive to me when I had questions (I had a lot) and didn’t get impatient with me. In the end all I can say is that my life is better because of the help Hart gave me. I don’t think he’s a magician, even though some people have said that in their reviews – I just think he’s amazingly good and truly cares. His staff was super supportive and responsive as well. So thank you Hart. Really I am so grateful you helped me and I will recommend you to ANYONE who needs the best help out there. And if you are someone out there who is in trouble for dui or drugs, I couldn’t recommend Hart and his team anymore!!! Don’t even bother going anywhere else. They are known as the best for a reason. They are awesome!!

The Best DUI and DWI Attorney in the CITY!

Hart Levin and his team are MIRACLE WORKERS! From first contact, they were attentive, understanding and FAST ACTING! I was called immediately once I submitted my query through his website and able to set up a face to face meeting within hours. Hart walked me through the charges - DUI, Hit & Run an...d Refusal and explained all the possible scenarios. He carefully discussed what each step of the process would entail and what to be prepared for. Once engaged, he completely took over. He presented the best possible case to the DMV regarding my refusal but ultimately the DMV enforces the mandatory 1-year suspension just about 100% of the time. The refusal carries mandatory jail time but he got that erased. He appeared at my hearings on my behalf and I never stepped foot in the courthouse. It's of course a terribly stressful and slow process but he kept me completely updated and aware of important dates and appearances. I don't know how he did it but the man made magic happen with my deal. Refusal was dropped, Hit & Run was dropped & DUI was reduced to a Wet Reckless and only 12 hours of classes - all this despite the D.A. wanting jail time for the accident and Hit & Run - ALL ERASED! No community service, No interlocking device, No probation officer, No additional license suspension - that could have been up to 2 years! He professionally navigated me through easily the worst experience of my life and I can't thank the whole team enough. He's the top rated DUI Attorney in Los Angeles for good reason, he's simply the BEST!

Hart J. Levin got my case DISMISSED!

Words can not express how happy and grateful I am with Hart J. Levin after hiring him to represent me. Back in July I found myself in trouble and was arrested and charged with interfering with police. After researching and talking to various attorneys I found myself on the phone with Hart who after l...istening carefully to my story, put me at ease with his knowledge, experience and professionalism. He set an appointment for me to come into his office early the next morning. During our meeting he again listened carefully, took notes and at the end told me not to worry and that he could help me get through this bad experience. He was upfront and honest never promised me a for sure or particular outcome, but sincerely the best possible outcome. I hired him and felt so relieved after our meeting. Hart went to work on my case and in the weeks to come kept me informed every step of the way. I would get sick with anxiety, worry and sometimes panic. Questions would constantly pop into my mind during this hard time I could only think to call him. He would answer my calls or get back to me within the day. He answered all my emails right way and let me tell you I sent him a lot. Hart and his amazing assistant Jill were so very graceful, patient, understanding and so responsive with me. I can't say how thankful I was when I got the call from Hart after he met with the DA informing me that my case was dismissed. That's right DISMISSED! I literally held my head in my hands and was so thankful and happy I had hired him. Hart is the ATTORNEY'S attorney. If you need legal help go see him you will be in good hands.
