Biography
Sam S. Yebri is an experienced employment trial lawyer, handling a broad range of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour matters on behalf of employees throughout California. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Sam also has substantial experience in a broad range of litigation matters, including business and commercial litigation, entertainment, intellectual property, real estate, and class actions. Prior to founding MERINO YEBRI LLP, Sam worked at two prestigious national firms, Proskauer Rose and Jones Day. He is a graduate of Yale University and USC Law School. He also clerked for esteemed federal judge, Hon. A. Howard Matz (Ret.).

Sam hit a grand slam for me!
I was wrongfully fired because I am older than my new young manager. I was so upset an distraught until I called Sam but he went to war for me and got me a huge settlement. And he worked fast and always picked up my calls. He was just so terrrific.

Backed out after one month.
Sam took on my case for wrongful termination for my employer. I showed all the documents he requested and told him everything from the start.
