Sexual Harassment, Discrimination & Wrongful Termination

I was sexually harassed and wrongfully terminated. I complained to the HR and lost my job. I didn't know what to do or where to begin. I was referred to David by a friend who works at another law firm and she said id be in good hands. I am so grateful that I called. David is the most caring and patie...nt attorney that I have met. I never felt that any of my questions were unanswered and as difficult the journey of the lawsuit was I always felt taken care.. David truly cares about his clients and was always available to answer questions no matter what time of day or night it was. David was absolutely amazing! He worked tirelessly on my case and he truly cared! He was always available by email, phone or text (a true rarity for an attorney)! I will be forever grateful to him for taking my case... I cannot recommend David enough! He really is the BEST and a true class act!

Wrongful Termination Suit

David is a great lawyer to have on your side. He listens to you as a client and genuinely does his best for you. I was not sure if I had a solid case, but he heard me out and helped me get the closure I needed. Anytime I got nervous or anxious about my case he calmly reassured me every time. That’s ...the kind of person you want on your team. He is also very knowledgeable, honest and kept great communication with me the entire time. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
