Our experience with this firm was awful from start to finish. They mishandled our case, gave us incorrect information, and consistently showed a lack of understanding of even the basic requirements. Their mistakes left us stuck in immigration limbo for almost three years, costing us enormous stress, ...emotional hardship, and tens of thousands of dollars to hire other attorneys to fix the damage they created. What made it even worse is that they never took responsibility for any of their errors. Not once did they acknowledge their mistakes or offer even a basic verbal apology. Instead of being accountable, they dismissed our concerns and left us to deal with the consequences alone. It took two knowledgeable, competent attorneys to correct everything this firm did wrong. The contrast was shocking. Based on what we went through, I strongly advise others to avoid this firm. Our case should never have turned into the nightmare it became because of their negligence and refusal to take responsibility.

2017 Scarlett was hired to process a DACA, originally consult show up with all my documents and told her I was missing certain dates, I was told by her she had help other with less and agreed to hire her and to submit days or moth later get contacted by her assistant requesting those date. Thats wea...r I wasn’t able to come up with those dates and my case went nowhere. 2019 September got ask to pick up my documents and that was my experience, she said one thing after reviewing my paperwork and knowing I had those dates missing. to getting only, hold of her assistant and demanding me to come up with those date otherwise the risk of getting send back was high. Disappointed and overwhelmed that one thing was said and nothing got submitted. ( asked about getting some of my money back that was denied)
