Hello, my name is Arkady Tselner.

I knew at a fairly young age what my calling was, and after becoming an attorney, my dreams became a reality.

In 2008, I decided to quit my job at a prominent firm and start my own personal injury law firm. My goal was to provide access to legal services to anyone in need, including injured people who otherwise could not afford a lawyer.

Now I run a successful personal injury practice, having recovered millions in compensation for victims of car accidents, wrongful death, and other catastrophic events, while at the same time, building a dedicated team of legal professionals and earning a 5-Star Google, Avvo, and Yelp rating from our clients.

I understand and have witnessed over and over the stress of pain, suffering, and financial problems, as well as inability to work, diminished enjoyment of life, and grief that comes along with a severe injury or loss of a loved one.

I started my law firm to prevent powerful insurance companies and corporations from taking advantage of vulnerable people who often do not know how to navigate the complicated system of insurance and personal injury laws.
