I got into my first accident in Tarzana and had to go to the emergency room with broken ribs and a concussion. I didn’t really know what to do next. All I knew is I couldn’t go back to work and pay my bills that month. When the insurance claims representative started telling me I need to go back to... work, I got really frustrated and was referred to Arkady Tselner. I called him but wasn’t sure how I’m gonna afford to pay him. To my surprise, it was very easy to work with his firm and I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company on my own anymore. They tried to be unfair but it didn’t work because they ended up reimbursing me for my medical bills, lost income, and for the pain I was forced to go through. I even got extra money in case I needed to see a doctor after the case closed. The best part is that I didn’t have to pay the lawyer anything out of my own pocket. He deducted a percentage from the settlement for his work. Hopefully, I never have to go through this nightmare again, but I definitely appreciate Mr. Tselner helping me.
