Arkady Tselner

I got into my first accident in Tarzana and had to go to the emergency room with broken ribs and a concussion. I didn’t really know what to do next. He deducted a percentage from the settlement for his work. Hopefully, I never have to go through this nightmare again, but I definitely appreciate Mr. Tselner helping me.
