My practice is devoted to family law and juvenile dependency law (child abuse).
In my family law practice, I litigate issues in child custody and visitation; child support; spousal support; and asset and liability distribution.
In my juvenile dependency practice (child abuse), I represent and defend parents against allegations raised by social services, assist parents in reunification and protect parents from unnecessary hurdles in regaining custody of their children.
I also represent grandparents and relatives who wish to seek temporary or permanent placement of children in their home; as well as foster parents and prospective adoptive parents who wish to adopt a child placed in their care.
I have worked with families in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County and Santa Clara County.
