Beatrice was recommended to me when custody of my son came in to question as a result of a DCFS investigation into the substance abuse behavior of my former spouse, my son's mother. Instead of going along with my court-appointed attorney, I decided to retain Beatrice after an initial consultation wi...th her. Beatrice was very knowledgeable of the DCFS and juvenile court processes. Beatrice took the necessary time to understand the case and guide me through the very difficult process. She was very thorough, understood the details, and extremely efficient. Beatrice is also very quick to respond and is always on time. I ended up with sole legal and physical custody and could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Beatrice!

We went through the hardest time of our lives when we were falsely accused by DCFS. Beatrice was recommended by attorney friends as “the best dependency attorney in LA”. I called her on a weekend, while she was on vacation. She called me back immediately and took the time to listen to my case and exp...lain the process to me. I did not think I needed an attorney as the truth would come out and justice would prevail. This is not the case! Never leave your fate in the hands of DCFS. If you are ever contacted by DCFS, hire an attorney immediately. Beatrice knows your rights and will fight for you. She got my kids returned to me at the first opportunity. I know 100% that I would not have gotten my kids back as quickly as I did if were not for Beatrice. She is fair, thorough and does not sugar coat things just to make you feel better. At times, it may seem as if she’s busy, but it is only because she’s helping only families. When you need her (in court etc), she is always there and prepared. It is a terrifying experience, but she takes the time to explain everything to you. It would have been impossible to navigate through this without her on our side. Beatrice saved our family and we will forever be grateful.

Beatrice was kind and easy to talk to, very responsive to my calls, and she got me a great result. While I was separated from my kids and could barely speak without crying, Beatrice was strong and knew immediately steps to take. She got me reunited with my kids as soon as possible, and I was so grate...ful to have her represent me. I couldn't have gotten through that time without her.

After interviewing many attorneys, it became clear that Ms. Fung would be the best choice. Choosing the right attorney was absolutely critical for me and my child. If you ever get a call from DCFS, make sure you call Ms. Fung immediately, before saying a word to them. I do not usually give 5 stars o...n any review as that implies perfection. There is no such thing as a perfect outcome in dependency court, but Ms. Fung is the closest thing to the perfect attorney; she is a great lawyer and has a commanding knowledge of that court and the law. She will be your best chance at having the best possible outcome.

I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking help with divorce/child support. They were extremely informative through the whole process as well as very profesional. Never thought I'd go through something Like this in my life, but going into it they made it very comfortable and that's some...thing very hard to come by in law firms. I give them all the stars for their hard work especially during this pandemic. They put their times and efforts on helping me with my case.
