Beatrice Fung was referred to me through a friend of a friend when my husband and I suddenly found ourselves faced with a child abuse allegation in which our 10 month old daughter was removed from our home. We were warned early in our case that once social services are involved it is about proving their case, not finding the truth. In our case, social services was recommending that my husband and I loose custody of our daughter permanently, and never be given the chance to reunify! This was still their recommendation after 3 credible pediatric radiologists and 1 pediatric orthopedic surgeon determined that our daughter never had leg fractures.
