Nicholas Michal Wajda

Nick wadja was retained in June of 2022 and immediately paid in full for a bankruptcy. All required documents were submitted with in a week. No further action by this law group has been taken other than refusing to move forward and requesting I start over with all documentation requests and bankruptc...y courses. After 2 years and no communication from them, they refuse to refund any money even though absolutely 0 has been done. Nick wadja responded to an email from me telling me it’s all my fault and I need to take responsibility (for their lack of communication). This guy needs investigated for fraud and theft. Complaints have been filed with the Pa attorney generals office and the Pa bar. Don’t give this firm Any money, you’ll never see your money or services paid for.

I paid in full and submitted all of my documents on the date of hire. 5-22-24. I completed the required credit counseling on 5-23-24. Due to the circumstances of my case I was told it would be filed ASAP. When I call for updates I’m given attitude, yelled at and hung up on. No one has contacted me. M...y voicemails aren’t returned. I feel like this is the only was to get any kind of a response from this law firm.

I am very disappointed in this company. I dealt with them for almost a year. I would send paperwork they requested. And then it would get rejected. I sent bank statements they got rejected. My interviews got rescheduled and rescheduled. Finally cancelled because I told them I don’t have check stubs. ...I’m in a separation and me and my spouse both can’t be on the phone at the same time due to work conflicts. I asked if I could remove my spouse and file separately. No because we signed together initially. So in cancelling my bankruptcy I only got 338.00 back because they did so much work. I’m like ok. I did so much work. I compiled paperwork together. Put it in order as requested. One group for me and one group for me husband. I did this several times. Looking for things requested. Sending things by priority mail. Doing the required courses. Called several times to try to speak to someone. Emailed several times. Once I speak to the females they were nice. Ed however is a hateful man whom should not be in customer service. I am out almost 1500. If I had that kind of money to throw around I wouldn’t have needed a bankruptcy in the first place

I found Nicholas on-line after doing a lot of research on bankruptcy.
