I thought this would be a great lawyer. I needed to file bankruptcy and have my paperwork filed before the fees were finished being paid for. I asked specifically if my filing would take place before I was done paying payments. I was told yes by Nicholas and his employees. As soon as I started to mak...e my $100 payments, $200 in and I called to see where my paperwork was in the process. I was rudely told by Nicholas that I have to pay all of my $1800 fees to file and there’s no refunds. He totally lied to me. ! That’s really wrong.

Did not handle my case as agreed. Farmed our my case to a "court appointed" "attorney " who did not know anything about my case. Nicholas mishandled my paperwork more than once. Both times blaming his assistants for the errors. He lost me thousands of dollars that I had to pay because his assistants ..."forgot" to file my paperwork even though they were reminded on 4 different occasions to do so. If you are going to deal with him, know you will have to constantly follow up and he may still drop the ball. I have everything in writing and I still got screwed. I lost $3500 because he "missed" sending in paperwork that he was reminded to do over 6 times by 3 different sources.

The idea of bankruptcy was scary and we felt lost, my wife and I put off filing bankruptcy for almost 2 years because all the other attorneys we had consulted seemed only interested in their fees and cost and not us! It took some time and research to find Nick, however, from the moment we reached ou...t to his office we knew he was the right attorney for our chapter 7. He answered all of our questions, he is very knowledgeable and professional he made the whole process so easy and had very convenient payment options. Not to mention he always personally answered the phone when my wife called. Nick answered all my emails even on a weekend ( I sent him a few). After our bankruptcy discharged he emailed and called us to congratulate us and offer his help if we had any questions on building our credit after bankruptcy. Nick truly cares about his clients and our experience with his firm was AMAZING!!

I was going to do this myself and realized an Attorney would be the better investment from a time and expertise angle. Well I expected this to be not only emotionally difficult, but legally difficult as well.
