I paid in full and I sent all of my documents to your lawfirm and they didn't know where my documents were they called me and I told them that I faxed my documents in and the woman said that I didn't do it and my mom was the one that did it and we gave them the fax number and the woman said ok I foun...d them and I will download them to your files well she didn't do that and then I get a email saying that I have to send my documents so I called and I told this woman that I talked to and she asked me how did you send in your documents and I told her that they were faxed and she looked and she found them after 4 months of waiting then I get a email saying that my bank statement was denied because they old well if they would have downloaded my documents the day that I sent them then they wouldn't be old and then I called yesterday and this black woman started laughing at me because I was pissed off because of all the time that they had my documents and they didn't do anything so I talked to a guy named Anthony and he canceled my service because I was yelling and cussing because I was pissed off so I found out about alot of complaints about your company and I see why so I made a complaint with the BBB because I think that your lawfirm doesn't do their job like they are supposed to and all I think is that they collect all the money and do nothing so I would like you to handle this problem and you can call me if you want to my phone number is 651-329-0574 thank you

I paid in full and submitted all of my documents on the date of hire. 5-22-24. I completed the required credit counseling on 5-23-24. Due to the circumstances of my case I was told it would be filed ASAP. When I call for updates I’m given attitude, yelled at and hung up on. No one has contacted me. M...y voicemails aren’t returned. I feel like this is the only was to get any kind of a response from this law firm.
