Aggie Rachel Hoffman

We hired Mrs. Hoffman on January 22,2015 in Los Angeles California. We paid her all the monies she had requested to work on our case. We explained Mrs. Hoffman all the details regarding our immigration case and needed much help to find out or Status. She informed us that it would cost 10,000 for ass...isting us with our case. Once we paid the monies on January 2015 it took Mrs. Hoffman and her assistant 15 months to come back and write to us and let us know that Mrs. Hoffman will not be able to help us with our immigration case. In the beginning she looked over everything and said yes I can do this!!! "I have done harder cases then this" I like challenging cases!!!Her exact words. We trusted her and paid our hard earned money, we would call every week and ask for an update and there would be no answer or the assistant would say that Mrs. Hoffman is working on this, Please be patient. After a while on March 1, 2016 we receive a letter saying that Mrs. Hoffman will not be able to assist us with our immigration file as it was too complicated for her and We were confused as when we sat down to talk to her she said I love challenging cases like this one, and then 6 months later on December 2016 we get a phone call from Mrs. Hoffman's assistant stating Mrs. Hoffman is going to be Retiring and there is nothing else to do with our case and they sent us $296.00 back in the form of a check. We paid $10,000 and we get back $296.00. We should get back all of our monies as there is nothing that was done just a whole lot of time being wasted. They took advantage of our situation. We didn't get any resolution at all to this matter.

I had no idea what to expect, but our interview was seamless and smooth and she was there by our sides for the entire meeting. The case was approved without any request for evidence. Within two weeks after our interview, we had an approval letter and within a month, a permanent resident card! We can now begin to live our lives fully, without any restrictions or fear of travel. Time to take that honeymoon we have been dreaming of……… I will finish with saying we are ecstatic and cannot praise Attorney Hoffman enough! We will be calling her again when it’s time for the unconditional resident card.
