Nanci Freeman

I was referred to Ms. Freeman through my Legal plan; when my previous attorney suddenly took ill (all court/legal papers had been filed by previous attorney). After Ms. Freeman took my case, she immediately harassed me for additional money (retainer $2500) outside what my legal plan had already paid ...her "in full" (which she contracted with the legal plan). Even after the legal plan had called and reviewed the contract with her to clarify the contract she signed with the legal plan, she continued to harassed me for more money. On the day of court (which had been continued), she showed up at the court asking me to sign a paper to withdraw her self from the case. She left a letter with the court( and left the court) telling the judge that she wanted to be released from the case. The Judge was so angry and apologized to me and the other attorney, for her unethical actions. Sanctions were ordered by the Judge. The legal plan has terminated her from the contract due to her improper conduct as well as her poor standards of practice. I would not recommend her to anyone; for she does not have her client's best interest.

I have been fortunate to have Attorney Freeman in my corner for several legal matters. She is always respectful of my time and has always provided me with outstanding service. Of all the attorneys I have retained over the years she is the only one that I think to call when I have legal concerns. A...ttorney Freeman takes time to make sure I understand what is going on. She is extremely professional and kind, but she was very knowledgeable and aggressive when representing her clients. If you want someone who will go above and beyond what was required, then you will want to hire Attorney Freeman. Even though she has a very busy practice, she returns calls in a timely manner and gives me her undivided attention even though I know I am not her only client. These are some of the reasons that I would recommend Attorney Freeman to anyone I know who has a legal problem. I feel confident that she will do a great job. Attorney Freeman always does an extraordinary job for me every time!
