I came here twice. The first time I was not folly prepared. But I was told over phone before appointment was set, that it was okay. Second time, I called for a return appointment, I felt I was treated differently. As I walked in I signed form and waited not even five minutes until attorney asked me w...hat I was there for (I had many different reasons) but overall it was landlord and tenant issues, bed bug infestation, breach of contract, forgery, discrimination and other issues and I had proof. We'll, the attorney asked me to wait. Then someone else walked in, and he asked the guy the same thing . The guy was seen before I was, and I had an appointment; the guy didn't have an appointment. They had me waiting while they had available people to attend to me. But I stayed calm and waited! 15 minutes passed or more and I was still ignored. I called four other attorney's and explained my case while I waited. So, I got up and scratched my name off the list. As I am.getting up, I was told someone would help me. It's crazy because there was only one other client and that person was in glass room upstairs and the myself and the guy that came after me, with no appointment and no major case (i overheard the conversation, that was in spanish) the attorney asked a different person to translatefor him and the guy told the attorney i thought you spoke spanish? And laughed. I spoke spanish (I am Mexican and understood) the guy that came in looked like a transient with a kitten in his backpack and was very dirty . I felt I should have been attended too, since no one was doing anything aside from chatting among one another. We'll, I didn't receive help. Walked out confused and felt embarrassed for returning to this location for the second time? and, had a very long drive on the freeway just to get to this location. I'm surprised to be treated this way with such a high rating. Anyways, Shalom

The case I had an outstanding dispute with a slumlord of a Landlord, who was quite difficult to deal with. The property was in a constant state of disrepair, there was rodent infestation, and mold to say the least. Towards the end it was a nightmare to live there. I went home, thought it over and came back and proceeded with his representation with my case. Legal proceedings can take a long time but this law firm was very speedy with the case. Keep this in mind, a month or two can go by for the ball to get rolling. This is normal, plus this is a busy law firm. Armando was my lawyer who oversaw all the intricate details of my case. He put me at ease about the process and told me he's on it. He was very easy to talk to, respectful and understood my case well. He gave me status updates, frequently. He really fought for me and didn't allow me to get low balled by the other side, I appreciated that.
